  • Requests must be received by Tuesday, October 29th at 5:00 p.m.
  • Ballots must be received in the Board of Elections office by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day
  • The voter, near relative or legal guardian are the only people who can request/return a ballot for a voter.
    • A near relative is:  spouse, brother, sister, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchild, mother in law, father in law, daughter in law, or son in law.
